Kevin was born and raised in Metrairie, Lousiana and has been fishing the Venice area for over 27 years.  He has been a full-time guide for ten years and has worked as a First Mate on 112-foot boat along with Captaining boats up to 61-feet.

Kevin has won his share of Tournaments, most notably with a 765-pound short-fin Mako shark that is the current Louisiana and Gulf of Mexico records.  In 2006-2007 he was part of a team that conducted a comprehensive Yellowfin Tuna study in the Gulf of Mexico, they tagged more than 130 fish and tracked their movements and depth patterns along the Louisiana Coast.

He is one of the captains of the “The Mexican Gulf Fishing Company”
